How the Sagrada Família Will Look When Finished
Have you seen Gaudí's plans with the Sagrada Família?
We have gotten used to Barcelona's icon, but by the time it'll be finished, it will look radically different.
When I first saw how it will look like, I was shocked. It looks so weird, I sometimes wish they never build some of the new elements...
I still have that "old look" in my mind - how it looked like back in 2008, when I was there.
To me, that is the Sagrada Família, but has already changed a bit, we're in 2015 already!
Gaudí's leading masterpiece will only be finalized by 2026-2028. That is, if construction work goes according to plans.
By then, it will look radically different. And I must admit, the final plans don't look as attractive as the stage I first saw it in.

Gaudí's leading masterpiece will turn into a sci-fi-like surreal complex. As if it were some sort of a guru's headquarters in I don't know which sci-fi movie.
Anyway, the video speaks for itself...
