Portugal is very different from Spain, a lot more than I'd previously anticipated. You just can't confuse these two cultures, not matter how close the two countries are.

So far I've been to Portugal twice.

Places, cities, towns and villages that I've visited in Portugal include: Câmara de Lobos, Calheta, Funchal, Porto Moniz, Lisbon, Ribeira Brava, Porto, Aveiro, Estoril, Cascáis, Belém, Vila Nova de Gaia, Costa da Caparica, Sintra, Curral das Freiras.
